Airports, ports and cities across the UK

Our published routes include Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City airports, Southampton cruise terminals, Central London and cities such as Brighton, Bristol and Dover. Many routes from Chichester and the Portsmouth area have guide fares; other journeys are quoted for your exact addresses.

If your destination is not listed, send the full address and your travel time. We will tell you whether we can take the booking and confirm the price before you commit.

Planning a longer journey

On a long trip, the time you need to arrive matters more than the time you would like to leave. Give us your flight, sailing or appointment time and we will plan the pickup with a margin for traffic. Tell us about any comfort breaks or extra stops you want included.

Include the number of passengers, the number and size of bags and any child-seat or mobility requirements, so the vehicle can be checked as suitable before your booking is confirmed.

Why book a private long-distance transfer?

A private transfer runs door to door, without changing between trains, coaches and taxis while carrying luggage. The fare is for the journey rather than for each passenger, which can make it practical for families and small groups.

You can book the return at the same time, and we keep both legs of the trip in one plan. If your arrival time changes, contact us so the collection can be reviewed.

Long-distance transfer questions

How much does a long distance taxi cost?

Guide one-way fares for our main airport and port routes are listed on our pricing page; airport journeys from Chichester start from £75.00. Other journeys are quoted individually using your addresses, date, time, passengers and luggage. Airport pickup and drop-off charges are additional.

Do you take long-distance bookings outside your listed routes?

Send the pickup and destination addresses with your travel date and time. We review each long-distance request and confirm whether we can take it, and the price, before you book.

Can I book the return to Chichester or Portsmouth?

Yes. Select the return option and provide the return date, time and destination address. Include the incoming flight number and arrival airport. The return is quoted separately from the one-way guide fare.

What should I tell you about passengers and luggage?

Include the passenger count, number and size of bags, and any pushchairs, child-seat requests or mobility equipment. We will confirm suitability and availability before the booking is agreed. Changes to the party or luggage should be discussed before travel.

What happens if my travel plans change?

Contact us as soon as you know your date, time or arrival details have changed. We will review the arrangements with you. Confirm waiting and cancellation terms before booking; a change is not automatically free of charge.

Read our booking terms and cancellation policy before confirming your journey.
