From Portsmouth to your Southampton cruise terminal

Give the Portsmouth home or hotel address where the party and bags will be ready. If you are arriving at Portsmouth International Port first, include the ferry details and time needed to disembark. Your onward cruise leaves from Southampton: list both ports clearly and allow for the connection, road travel and cruise check-in window.

Your ship, sailing date and cruise terminal

Southampton Docks has several cruise terminals, including Ocean, Horizon, Mayflower, City and QEII. Use the terminal shown on your cruise documents and recheck it before travel. A ship's terminal assignment can change; Southampton Docks alone is not a precise drop-off address.

Provide the boarding or check-in window for your sailing when booking from Portsmouth. Plan to reach the correct terminal within that window, with time for unloading, rather than choosing a pickup based only on the ship's departure time.

Cruise luggage and the journey home

Cruise parties can have several large suitcases, so tell us the passenger count and luggage sizes when requesting a quote. Include any mobility equipment or other bulky items so we can check suitability before confirming a vehicle.

For your Southampton cruise terminal to Portsmouth return, give the ship, arrival date and planned disembarkation time. The ship's arrival time is not necessarily when you will be ready outside. Agree the meeting point and contact details in advance, and let us know about changes to your disembarkation arrangements.
